Services.
Individual Psychotherapy
One-on-one sessions with trained counselors. We meet you where you are — grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions.
Family Therapy
Rebuild trust and communication in your family. We help families navigate conflict, separation, and crisis together.
Youth Support
Dedicated counseling for teens and children — school stress, identity, peer pressure, and emotional wellbeing.
Group Sessions
Community healing circles where shared stories become strength. Open to women, youth, and mixed groups.
Substance Use & Rehab
Compassionate recovery support for individuals and families dealing with substance dependency and relapse.
All services are offered on a sliding scale, pro-bono, or subsidised basis. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
